Down Under Punter is a registered company based in Auckland, New Zealand, providing an online subscription service to the general public for a set ONE-OFF fee. This formal agreement serves as a binding document between Down Under Punter, acting as the service provider, and the subscribing purchaser. It outlines the terms and conditions that govern our professional relationship, ensuring a clear understanding of each party's rights and obligations.

The service provider, Down Under Punter, and the subscriber hereby mutually agree to adhere to the following provisions:

(1) The subscriber hereby affirms and declares to Down Under Punter that they are the age of (18) years or above and are legally permitted to engage in gambling activities within the jurisdiction of their country of residence.

(2) Down Under Punter hereby enters into an agreement with the subscriber to provide specific services as outlined in the advertised services listed in our online marketing material.

(3) The subscriber shall be granted access to the services selected and provided by Down Under Punter in accordance with the various standard access levels, subject to their acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.

(4) Down Under Punter assures subscribers that their private, personal, and banking information will remain strictly confidential and protected between the parties. We personally guarantee that any private information will not be shared with any third party in any manner whatsoever.

(5a) Down Under Punter and the subscriber mutually consent to the subscriber's chosen transaction. Down Under Punter agrees to process the specified advertised amount agreed upon by both parties as per the agreement. The subscriber acknowledges that the selected subscription will exsist until the subscriber submits a written cancellation request via email to Down Under Punter.

(5b) Down Under Punter assures that the subscriber will not incur any additional costs beyond the established ONE-OFF fee unless mutually agreed upon.

(6) It is understood by the subscriber that exchange rates are subject to fluctuations based on the live currency rate. All subscriptions are advertised exclusively in New Zealand dollars only and are subject to conversion to the subscriber's country of origin currency. We assure that there are no additional concealed costs associated with processing any payment made by the subscriber.

(7a) Both parties acknowledge that all content shared between them remains the intellectual property and under the ownership of Down Under Punter, a duly registered private company.

(7b) The subscriber shall agree to refrain from reprinting online, disposing of, or publicly sharing any private information pertaining to Down Under Punter's pay-to-view services. All shared subscription information remains the exclusive intellectual property of Down Under Punter and is considered private and confidential correspondence between the subscriber and Down Under Punter, as outlined in the agreement. Any breach of privacy may result in the immediate and permanent cancellation of the subscription.

(8a) The subscriber has the right to terminate their subscription at any time. However, they acknowledge that they will not be entitled to any reimbursement or legal recourse as per stipulated in the agreement.

(8b) Down Under Punter has the right to terminate the subscription agreement at any time if they determine that the relationship is no longer beneficial or has compromised either party. In such cases, a refund may be considered.

(9) Down Under Punter and the subscriber hereby acknowledge and agree that Down Under Punter shall bear no liability whatsoever for any financial losses incurred by the subscriber. Down Under Punter operates solely as a provider of advisory tipping services and cannot guarantee or be held accountable for any personal financial gains or losses.
